1. General Information

Bliss & Bundle is a Pennsylvania-based small business specializing in custom wedding invitation bundles and select rentals for weddings and special events. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or renting an item from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Sales – Wedding Invitation Bundles

  • All invitation bundles are made to order with personalization and/or customization.
  • Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on invitation bundle products.
  • Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

3. Product Rentals – Picture Frames for Weddings

  • Picture frames are available for rental at a flat fee as specified on our product pages.
  • Rentals must be returned within 7 days after your wedding date using the original or approved packaging.
  • The date which you receive your frames will be agreed upon in writing after purchase and according to your confirmed wedding date.
  • Unreturned or damaged frames will incur a $25 replacement fee per frame.
  • By renting any item, you agree to the terms in our full Rental Agreement.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship products to U.S. addresses via standard carriers.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or package theft after delivery.

5. Return Policy

  • All wedding bundle items are non-refundable.
  • Rental items must be returned within the specified timeframe to avoid additional fees. Extension of timeframe must be agreed upon in writing prior to the original shipment.
  • Bliss & Bundle reserves the right to determine if a product is eligible for replacement in cases of damage during transit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bliss & Bundle is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or rental items. Renter assumes all responsibility during the rental period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
