Diane Photis is a property manager in the Dewey Beach & Rehoboth, DE areas with a wide variety of properties in both towns. We have rented from her for several summers and would highly recommend utilizing her if you would prefer an Airbnb over a hotel stay.

Parking

Parking for The Hyatt Place guests is free in the garage under the hotel.

Parking for all other guests is available in the Rusty Rudder lot across the street.

Transportation
Transportation such as a shuttle bus will not be provided as the ceremony and reception are taking place in the venue attached to The Hyatt Place Hotel. All guests who are staying outside of the hotel, we recommend a safe ride such as Uber or Lyft. These are readily available throughout the area for anyone who is not driving to the venue.

What is the dress code?

Beach Formal! Women: Any desired length dress and dancing shoe, vibrant colors and floral designs are encouraged. Men: Suit or button down shirt, tie, jacket and slacks. DOs: Light/breathable materials. DON'Ts: Flipflops, jeans or shorts.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

The ceremony will take place outside (no sand). You can enjoy cocktail hour inside or outside. The reception will take place indoors.

Are children invited?

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. Those that are invited will be addressed on your invitation. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
